Good Morning

I am an experienced and passionate designer who is currently working for STV (Scottish Television). I have gained a wealth of experience and play a key role in the design process, from inital meetings and wireframes to designs and presenting the final product. I daily work on projects which range from designing mobile apps and full websites, to the design and build of site components, email campaigns, flash banners and logos.

I have over five years commercial experience and successfully completed a Masters Degree studying Multimedia Communications in 2005. I have also worked inhouse for Hilton Hotels Corporation and Wyndham Worldwide and used a variety of large scale content management systems.

Design Experience

I follow a grid based approach to design and provide creative elements which improve the user experience and encourage click through-rates. I am able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and developers, and work closely with design agencies to ensure print creatives are consistant with the online and on air promotions . I have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a creative environment.

I am always eager to stay at the forefront of internet technologies, thrive on achieving targets set and have gained vital experience helping me to demonstrate effective organisational skills, therefore I prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
